Uptown Cheapskate is a second hand retail shop, but you’d never know it from the moment you walk in! Their clothing and shoes are beautifully organized, and they even offer brand-new items. Owners Mark Byham and his wife, Laurie, have spent the past year carefully selecting merchandise and creating a beautiful space for shoppers to enjoy. Mark is also a veteran, and we love to support veteran owned businesses!
