Lead In is designed to introduce you to people you might not otherwise meet and provide you education you might not otherwise receive about our community.

We meet once a month to learn about all of the things that build our community: municipal operations, education, non-profits, public safety and more.

I was not sure what I was walking into as part of the Leadership Institute program, but this experience has been incredibly full and rich in both personal and professional growth opportunities. Lead In is a place where empowering others through networking and support models the ideal of a strong community building itself up from within using its own brightest minds. I am blessed to get to expand my leadership knowledge alongside so many rising stars.
