Ribbon Cutting | Hawaiian Brothers Island Grill | 1630 W Hwy 50, O’Fallon, IL 62269

Hawaiian Bros, the fresh and quick-rising, island-inspired restaurant brand, is bringing the island vibes to O’Fallon, Illinois, on Tuesday, November 1. Following the grand opening, the O’Fallon Chamber of Commerce will present a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday, November 3, at 10:45 a.m. at 1630 W Highway 50.  The new store, just outside of St. Louis, will offer a fresh and savory style of quick dining to the communities.

Hawaiian Bros is known for its Hawaiian-inspired plate lunch, which offers a variety of juicy chicken or pork glazed with sweet, savory or spicy sauces; creamy macaroni salad, a bed of fluffy steamed white rice or vegetables; and for dessert, a velvety tropical Dole Soft Serve®. Never relying on freezers or microwaves, the simple menu is prepared with the highest quality, freshest ingredients – unlike any fast-casual restaurant in the area.

“We’re excited to continue our growth into the eastern part of the nation with our opening in O’Fallon and the greater St. Louis area,” said Cameron McNie, Co-CEO and Co-Founder of Hawaiian Bros. “We recently hosted a grand opening in Edwardsville and have many more locations scheduled for opening in the coming months, which has been a true testament to the passion and loyalty our guests have about Hawaiian Bros.”

Hawaiian Bros will kick off the festivities to celebrate the grand opening by giving away free t-shirts and gift cards ranging from $25 to $500 to the first 100 guests dining in or carrying out. In addition to free gifts, the new location will host live ukulele performers along with professional hula dancers.
