Our Municipal Update 2025 took a new approach to an event we’ve hosted for years— the traditional State of the City/Village address. To be mindful of everyone’s time and to highlight regional collaboration, we brought together the Mayors of O’Fallon, Shiloh and Fairview Heights for one joint luncheon.

Nearly 200 Chamber members joined us at the Regency Conference Center, where guests enjoyed a delicious lunch and informative presentations from each Mayor. Following the individual updates, the Mayors participated in a panel discussion featuring questions curated by our Economic Development Committee. If you missed it, you really missed a great opportunity to hear directly from our Mayors and connect with municipal staff from all three communities.
