The O’Fallon-Shiloh Chamber of Commerce, Junior Achievement, Scott Air Force Base Air & Space STEM Outreach Group, and the City of O’Fallon invite local businesses and organizations to support the next generation of our workforce through sponsorship of the Annual 8th Grade Career Fair.
Each year, more than 600 eighth grade students from O’Fallon and Shiloh public and private schools gather to explore career paths, connect with local professionals, and begin thinking intentionally about their future goals. With participation from over 60 career role models, the event creates direct conversations between students and industry leaders across a wide range of fields. Sponsors help make this experience possible while demonstrating a visible investment in workforce development and community growth.
Your sponsorship supports student programming, event resources, and the overall experience that introduces young people to real-world career opportunities. Sponsors also receive recognition through event materials, student program books, and pre-event promotion, providing meaningful visibility among students, educators, families, and community partners.
