Take a walk into O’Fallon history with a look at the Chamber office – a replica of the original train depot which played an important part in the development and growth of O’Fallon.

In this episode, we take “A Look Back” at O’Fallon Station. I bet you didn’t know that was the original name of that area, or that it is quite literally where O’Fallon started!

In this episode, we take “A Look Back” at 104 S. Cherry Street – better known as Peel Brewing Company. I bet you had no idea this building held a bowling alley in it at one time!

Join us as we check out the SGT Charles A Fricke VFW Post 805 O’Fallon IL and Fezziwig’s Marketplace buildings which had an interesting past! Can you guess what they used to be?

We bet you didn’t know that Shiloh United Methodist Church is the oldest Methodist Church in the state of Illinois, founded in 1807. Bet you also didn’t know Shiloh UMC is the Mother Church of First United Methodist Church of O’Fallon, founded in 1864.

One of the grandest homes in the Shiloh area was built in 1863 and later converted into an orphanage. It is now a Catholic pastoral center. Do you know where we are talking about? Watch this month’s “A Look Back” video and find out!
