Lead In is designed to introduce you to people you might not otherwise meet and provide you education you might not otherwise receive about our community.

I was not sure what I was walking into as part of the Leadership Institute program, but this experience has been incredibly full and rich in both personal and professional growth opportunities. Lead In is a place where empowering others through networking and support models the ideal of a strong community building itself up from within using its own brightest minds. I am blessed to get to expand my leadership knowledge alongside so many rising stars.

Criteria for applying:

Emerging leader between ages 21-40 who lives or works in O’Fallon or Shiloh.
Demonstrated community involvement or aspirations to become more involved.
Willing to commit the necessary time to fully participate in the program.

$349 tuition payable prior to the first meeting.

 

The process was extremely competitive, but these 20 young leaders represented themselves well on their applications, expressing their unique potential and desire for leadership development. They’ll join the ranks of 120+ other Lead In graduates in learning more about our community and building confidence to pursue opportunities for impact. Welcome to Lead In!
