Charitable Giving Drive
Covid has had such an impact on our business community and our personal lives as well. In lieu of our Annual Holiday Party, the Chamber is focusing on charitable giving. Please help us make an impact for the following organizations this holiday season with a donation or contribution.
O’Fallon Fire Rescue
Battery Donation Program – Help Save A Life. O’Fallon Fire Rescue provides a working smoke detector and/or CO2 to O’Fallon and Shiloh residents. We will be collecting donations of new, Energizer brand 9-Volt batteries.
Drop your donation off to the Chamber office on December 1 (8 a.m. to 11 a.m.)
December 2 and 3 (8:00 a.m. to Noon)
O’Fallon Community Food Pantry
The Food Pantry distributes donated food items to residents in need in the 62269 zip code. We want to make sure everyone has enough food this holiday season and will be collecting non-perishable food donations.
Drop your donation off to the Chamber office on December 1 (8 a.m. to 11 a.m.)
December 2 and 3 (8:00 a.m. to Noon) *Please no canned corn or green beans – they have plenty!
Scott Spouses’ Club Annual Cookie Drop
Help the Scott Spouses’ Club provide holiday cookies for our Scott AFB unaccompanied airmen. *Due to extreme allergies, containers with cookies made with nuts should be marked accordingly.
Buy or bake as many cookies as you’d like, place in a disposable dish and drop them off at the Chamber office on December 8 between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m.
Fisher House and Shiloh Dormitory at Scott AFB
Fisher house is the Ronald McDonald House for military families who are here for a family member undergoing medical treatment. Our Military Affairs Committee will make fleece tied blankets and donate gas gift cards for the families who are at Fisher House over the holidays. We will do that same for select number of Shiloh Dorm residents at Scott AFB. Dorm residents are unaccompanied service men and women, often alone for the holidays.
Consider helping by cutting the material in preparation for making the blankets, and/or joining us on December 1 as we make the blankets. Contact Director@OFallonChamber.com for more information.

Both departments have programs that help children and families get through the holidays. Please consider making a monetary donation – all donations received will be split between the two departments.
