Weekly Ways to Get Your Name Out

Weekly E-news comes to you each Wednesday via e-mail with information on upcoming events, it is then posted to our website. The deadline for submitting your information for this publication is the preceding Wednesday. Submission is free and for members only.


Monthly Ways to Get Your Name Out

Chamber Tracks is our monthly newsletter and comes out the first week of each month. The deadline for submitting your information for this publication is the 25th of the month preceding publication. The newsletter is posted to the website. An email goes out to all members advising them that the newsletter is available for viewing at ofallonchamber.com/news.html.

  • Member News is a great place to update other members on what is happening in your business such as training completed by you or an employee, awards received, merchandise added to your line, new services you are offering, etc. Free with membership.
  • "Maybe You'd Like To..." is a regular feature on upcoming events. If you are offering a special, sponsoring an event, offering a seminar or other special event, etc., send it to us for this feature. Free with membership.
  • Business Card Ad - For $25, you can place your business card in the newsletter.
  • Newsletter Inserts - For $50, we insert your single-sided flyer into the newsletter and mail it to approximately 450 recipients. You provide the 450 copies and we do the rest. Double-sided flyers are $65. The newsletter is available to the public on our website.

 



  
Getting Your Name Out Throughout the Year

Business Expo - This annual expo is held in conjunction with the Salute to Scott AFB Picnic. The attendence is approximately 5000. It is open to all Chamber members and non-chamber members, but space is available on a first-come basis.

Website Advertising - Place your banner ad on our homepage and our weekly E-News. Contact the chamber office for more information.

Relocation Packages - You can put a flyer or brochure in the relocation packages we send to potential O'Fallon residents. Relocation Packets are sent out as requested. Participants will receive a monthly listing of who the packets were mailed to.

Lifestyle Magazine or O'Fallon Map - Get your name in these beautiful and popular products. The O'Fallon-Shiloh Map will be distributed in early spring 2011 and is sponsored by Village Profile.
